Welcome to RTO Select

RTO Select is a not for profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO XXXX) based in Townsville, specialising in disability and community services training.

As a niche RTO, our aim is to establish a solid reputation as an RTO that delivers high quality training in a professional environment. 

Our vision

Owned and operated by leading regional Queensland mental wellbeing, suicide prevention and NDIS service provider selectability, our core role and purpose is to provide expert training to support you to graduate with the tools and knowledge you need to work in one of Australia's fastest growing sectors.

Our approach

At RTO Select, we aim to provide the most up-to-date and highest quality training. With a wide variety of training options available, RTO Select will broaden your skills and knowledge in your chosen area of study.

We pride ourselves on tailoring our training delivery to meet the needs of our students to enable them to achieve their desired professional development goals. 

Highly experienced trainers

Our trainers have years of experience underpinned by knowledge that only comes from working in the industry. They will work with you to prepare you to enter the community, disability and mental health sectors with the skills and confidence you need to succeed.

Flexible learning

We offer a flexible and tailored approach to suit the individual needs of our students so that you can study at your own pace. Our classes are predominantly available online via our easy-to-use learning management system.

Our online courses include the following:

• Monthly course intakes
• Online learning resources and assessments available 24/7
• Video training sessions viewable on demand
• Interactive weekly Zoom masterclasses 
• One-on-one contact with trainers (online/phone via appointment)

After you graduate we will also provide you with the opportunity to request up to three months' access to our industry experts for support and advise to help put theory into practice.

We maintain a strong focus on ensuring that our systems and policies reflect the requirements of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) conditions and standards for continuing registration. We also focus on maintaining compliance with systems and policies that drive us to excel as a community services Training Provider.
