selectability is excited to expand into the aged care sector and we want you to be part of this journey. As a team member you will have unique opportunities to work in diverse and vibrant communities, providing essential care and companionship to our elderly residents.
Over the coming months we will be taking responsibility for three small First Nation residential aged care facilities in the Lower Gulf and we have a range of frontline service delivery roles available. We are offering these opportunities locally or on a FIFO model of 6 weeks on 2 weeks off (out of major centres) that supports fantastic work-life balance.

Aged care worker
Aged care workers play a vital role in the lives of the residents by providing quality, responsive and compassionate care that supports a trusted and long-term relationship with our residents.
Facility support worker
Facility support staff for aged care in regional and remote areas of Queensland are responsible for providing a presentable, safe and hygienic workplace, to support the delivery of high-quality aged care and residential services.
Maintenance officer
Working across selectability's Lower Gulf aged care facilities, the maintenance officer will ensure the facilities are tidy and presentable and ensure clean and reliable transport is available.
Cook
As a cook, you will play a key role in creating delicious and nutritious meals that bring joy and comfort to our residence. Embrace the change to contribute to a nurturing environment while enjoying the unique beauty and culture of our remote communities.
Enrolled nurse
Working closely with the registered nurses, care workers and the collaborative healthcare team, the enrolled nurse will provide person-centred care to support the residents.
Registered nurse
Registered nurses play a vital role in the lives of the residents by providing quality, responsive and compassionate care that supports a trusted and long-term relationship with our residents.
Team leader - registered nurse
As a pivotal member of the team, you will provide leadership and oversight to the team and deliver person-centred nursing care in aged care.
