Corporate services in focus

18 March 2025

Delivering vital services to over 2,000 recipients across regional Queensland takes careful planning and a lot of behind-the-scenes work.

While our frontline employees are the face of selectability, working closely with recipients and supporting them to achieve their goals, the corporate team plays an equally important role in making all of this happen.

From recruitment and training, to finance, quality and compliance, marketing and communications, our corporate services function ensures we have the processes and procedures in place to meet the needs of the communities we serve—doing so in a way that’s sustainable, responsive, and up to the highest industry standards.

selectability COO, Aaron Farrell, said by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, corporate services help our frontline employees focus on what really matters—delivering high-quality care to those who need it most.

“Quality underpins everything we do at selectability, and each of the corporate services functions works together so that employees have access to the information and resources they need to support them in their roles,” said Aaron.

"Our HR team ensures we attract and retain skilled professionals who are passionate about making a difference.

"They focus on training and development to ensure our team is always equipped to provide the best care possible.

"The finance team helps us stay on track by managing resources responsibly, ensuring we have the funding needed to grow and reinvest in the services we provide.

"Our governance and quality team keeps us aligned with industry standards, conducting regular audits and making sure our services consistently meet the highest benchmarks.

“Our communications and marketing team makes sure people know how to access our services using a range of platforms and strategies. We want to be there when people need us most.”

selectability's corporate services division has grown from 40 this time last year to nearly 60 today ... and it's still growing! The team is currently recruiting for more than 15 roles across all functions.
