With a passion for making a positive impact to the lives of regional Queenslanders, Bob is committed to ensuring that our team delivers exceptional support and service to individuals in need.

As regional manager, Bob's responsibilities include overseeing  service delivery, support coordination, and our growing number of supported independent living homes across Townsville.

He works tirelessly to uphold the highest standards of care within the NDIS framework, ensuring that every consumer receives the high-quality support they deserve. His extensive experience in various management roles equips him with a unique perspective, allowing him to lead with both compassion and efficiency.

Bob's diverse background has provided him with a wealth of knowledge across multiple industries, but it’s in the realm of support services that he has truly found his calling. His dedication to enhancing the quality of life for others is the driving force behind his work. Bob believes that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals, and he is here to help remove the barriers that stand in their way.
