Meet the Team: Taylor G

Meet Taylor! – she joined selectability in late 2024 as a Support Coordinator and is excited to make a meaningful impact in her hometown of Ingham.

After spending the past four years in Townsville, Taylor has returned to reconnect with her community and be closer to family.

“I am really excited continue my journey here,” said Taylor.

Taylor’s role as a Support Coordinator focuses on helping individuals navigate services and build support systems to achieve their goals.

“A big part of it is to make sure individuals get the help and resources they need to thrive.

“Whether it’s coordinating healthcare, social services, or community resources, my job is to help make life a little easier.

Taylor’s work background includes experience in a laboratory and telecommunications, giving her a unique perspective.

“I’m excited to bring my diverse experience to the team and focus on supporting others.

For Taylor, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing the progress of the individuals she supports.

“I am passionate about helping people gain independence and make informed decisions,” she shared.

“It’s rewarding to witness their growth and be a part of the connections they build along the way.

“I enjoy the flexibility that comes with remote work too.

“It gives me the freedom to balance my professional and personal life easily, all while staying connected with my team.”
