About practice supervision

selectability is leading the way in establishing structured governance around the delivery of community-based psychosocial supports.

As most of the services delivered at selectability are community-based it makes sense that we have procedures and processes in place that support positive service delivery outcomes for our consumers and employees.

  • Block funded mandated programs – practice supervision is a requirement of these programs and is an opportunity for workers to upskill, participate in psychoeducation, engage in reflective practice, and enhance self care. Available as individual or group support
  • Individual sessions related to consumer goals – Individual sessions for frontline employees where outcomes are related to consumer goals, support with challenging consumers, and optimal service delivery
