Voices of Hope

Voices of Hope is a free ladies’ choir program designed to provide support, positive social connections and a strong sense of hope for women aged over 55 through expression and connectiveness. No singing experience required, just a willingness to have a go ... and have fun!

individual support

Support to build personal skills, develop relationships, and improve mental wellbeing. Accessed through NDIS or state and federal government programs for those not on the scheme (subject to availability in the region). 

support coordination

NDIS support coordinators work with you to maximise the value of your plan and enhance your understanding of the services that will get you closer to your goals.

recovery coaching

If you have a psychosocial disability this NDIS support option will help you to take more control of your life and manage the complex challenges of day-to-day living.

Carer Gateway

Free services that connect carers with emotional and practical support. 

Clubhouse program

Make friends, learn new skills and improve your mental wellbeing in a safe space. Timetables designed in collaboration with members, based on interests.
