Supporting regional Queenslanders
From helping people secure appropriate housing to helping them connect to their community, live more independently, or make positive choices, selectability has been instrumental in helping thousands of individuals across regional Queensland achieve their NDIS goals.
selectability's NDIS service offering includes individual support both in-home and within the community, group programs through Clubhouses and Mental Health Hubs, support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching, and supported independent living.
Chief Operating Officer Aaron Farrell said the team was committed to providing tailored support to improve the mental wellbeing of its more than 2000 consumers
across a diverse regional Queensland footprint.
"We're a values-based organisation, and we believe that everyone deserves to live the life of their choice – regardless of their location, circumstances, diagnosis or situation," said Aaron.
"We understand that everyone is different, and we use a person-centred approach, drawing on practical tools and strategies to enhance an individual's quality of life and support them in achieving their goals."
This philosophy is reflected in selectability's approach to service delivery, which prioritises person-centred support.
A key factor in delivering these vital services across regional Queensland is selectability's dedicated workforce, comprising over 900 skilled professionals.
This team includes lifestyle support workers, recovery coaches, peer support workers, life coaches, and support coordinators.
Their combined expertise ensures that individuals receive the comprehensive and compassionate care they need, tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.
